Symptom

The rejection "ValidacionContenidoFiscalEl metodo de pago es: PUE-Pago en una solaexhibicìón, la forma de pago NO puede ser: 99-PorDefinir" is displayed for the eDocument.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the eDocument Cockpit App.
  2. In the Source Document field, enter ABC. (where ABC represents Source Document ID)
  3. Merk the eDocument ABC.
  4. Select Go To... -> Application Log.

The rejection "ValidacionContenidoFiscalEl metodo de pago es: PUE-Pago en una solaexhibicìón, la forma de pago NO puede ser: 99-PorDefinir" is displayed.

Cause

According to the rejection "ValidacionContenidoFiscalEl metodo de pago es: PUE-Pago en una solaexhibicìón, la forma de pago NO puede ser: 99-PorDefinir" from the (SAT) Tax Authority, the FormaPago '99' and MetodoPago 'PUE' cannot be maintained for the same eDocument.

Resolution

It's required to confirm with the SAP Consultant and Tax Authority the most suitable approach to proceed with the eDocument processing.
