3773494 - The Addtion of Attachments for the eDocuments From Colombia are Not Possible When Using the Badi EDOC_PART_CONN_CHANGE_EMAIL_V2 - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

You would like to add attachments to the eDocuments from Colombia during it's submission via the Badi EDOC_PART_CONN_CHANGE_EMAIL_V2.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the eDocument Cockpit app.
  2. Mark any eDocument from Colombia.
  3. Select Submit.

No attachments were added in the submission of the eDocument.

Cause

The Badi EDOC_PART_CONN_CHANGE_EMAIL_V2 is not supported in the eDocument Framework for Country Colombia.

Resolution

The Badi EDOC_PART_CONN_CHANGE_EMAIL_V2 is currently not available for the country Colombia. This limitation is related to the localization scope for BadI EDOC_PART_CONN_CHANGE_EMAIL_V2, mentioned in SAP Community blog Customize Your Outgoing E-Mails With the Business Add-In. 

The new BAdI supports customization for the following processes:

Germany Customer Invoice: E-Mail
Poland KSeF eInvoice
Saudi Arabia eInvoice (Generation)
Saudi Arabia Simplified Invoice
Saudi Arabia Tax Invoice
Thailand eTax
Thailand eReceipt

If it is required for the BAdI EDOC_PART_CONN_CHANGE_EMAIL_V2 to be available for Colombia, an enhancement request must be submitted through the SAP Influence Portal. This will allow the SAP development team to evaluate the business case and assess the feasibility of implementing this functionality in the system.
