3773577 - How to configure eMPF date of employment via feature 27PFE

Symptom

The eMPF (Mandatory Provident Fund) report reads the Date of Employment from IT0000 by default. When employees have been rehired or transferred and the relevant employment start date is maintained in IT0041, the system should be configured to read the date from IT0041 via feature 27PFE.
