Symptom

You are not able to find the short text field in Manage Process Order Operations (F5323) app.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Display Process Order app, click "Operations" button, check the "Short text" field.
  2. Go to Manage Process Order Operations app, not able to find "Short text", check the "Long text" column is empty.

Resolution

The long text feature is designed to display text exceeding 40 characters. Use table settings to add a "Description" column which contains the operation short text description in Manage Process Order Operations app.
