3773623 - All UI Adaptations and Rules completely missing - SAP Cloud for Customer core applications

• All UI adaptations on a specific screen are missing.
• Adaptation rules have been completely deleted.
• The different screen continues to show its adaptations.
• No recent UI adaptation activities were performed by users.
• Affected screen in test tenant continues to work as expected.

SAP Cloud for Customer core applications

1. Open the EX: Customer/Account detail (TI) screen and observe that custom fields, layouts, and other UI adaptations are no longer visible.
2. Enter Adaptation Mode for the Account TI and verify that previously defined Adaptation Rules are not present.
3. Open another BO/Screen Ex: Account Quick Create screen and confirm that its adaptations are still intact.

A user discarded changes in Adaptation Mode for the Account TI UI component, which removed all UI adaptations and associated rules.

Note: In C4C, using Discard Changes in Adaptation Mode removes all changes, and the system presents a confirmation popup before proceeding.

1. Restore Configurations: Transport the adaptations from Test to Production.

2. Audit Change History: Create a support case with SAP to obtain the specific user details and the exact timeframe when the changes were performed.
