3773628 - Trend information block shows ratings across employments in Latest People Profile

Symptom

  • After migrating to latest people profile, the trend information portlet shows performance ratings across employments.
  • in legacy version, trend information portlet reflected the ratings as per employments. 

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Locate a user who has multiple employments.
  2. Open the user’s profile and navigate to Performance category and check the trend block with ratings. 
  3. Observe that ratings from different employments are all displayed together on the same trend card, creating apparent duplicates for the same time period.

Resolution

Expected behaviour. In latest people profile, the performance trend information card is person-based and displays rating records from all employments for the person.
