3773676 - aif idoc cancel/reprocess via messages monitoring does not use rfc user and fails due to serialization, SAP application interface framework, extended edition

Symptom

  • When cancelling IDocs in the Messages Monitoring Fiori app, the configured RFC user is not applied.
  • Reprocessing subsequent messages from the serialization table fails.
  • IDoc cancel does not clear the serialization table.
  • An ABAP short dump occurs during the cancel action (dump visible in ST22).
