3773728 - Amount is in wrong format when uploading downloaded excel in Mass Changes to Purchasing Info Records app - SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

When updating info record via Fiori app F2667 Mass changes to Purchasing Info records APP with downloaded excel, below error shows in the job log even the format is not changed:
"Sheet: Pricing for Info Records, Row X: The value * for field Amount is not in correct format."
