Symptom

Alternate Route User Step is inserted in form when form launched

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

Reproducing the Issue

Go to Performance
Click create form
Select a 360 form template
Switch to other templates several times.
Switch to original form template again, system shows 'the form will be sent to xxxxx (Wrong people) ,create form
Alternate Route User Step was added in the form.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.

Workaround

check the form user when create form. If the user is not correct, do not create form.
