3773741 - das-ias (Joule) application not created in Identity Authentication Tenant (IAS) after the Joule Booster

Symptom

After executing the Joule Booster in SAP BTP, the expected das-ias (Joule) application is not created or not visible in the IAS tenant under Applications & Resources.

The issue can be observed as follows:

  • No Joule-related application (das-ias) is listed in the Identity Authentication Service (IAS) Admin Console
  • Joule setup appears partially completed in BTP, but identity integration is missing
  • Users are unable to authenticate or access Joule features due to missing IAS application
  • Joule-related services may show authentication or configuration errors
  • No automatic provisioning of IAS application occurs despite successful booster execution
