Symptom
After executing the Joule Booster in SAP BTP, the expected das-ias (Joule) application is not created or not visible in the IAS tenant under Applications & Resources.
The issue can be observed as follows:
- No Joule-related application (das-ias) is listed in the Identity Authentication Service (IAS) Admin Console
- Joule setup appears partially completed in BTP, but identity integration is missing
- Users are unable to authenticate or access Joule features due to missing IAS application
- Joule-related services may show authentication or configuration errors
- No automatic provisioning of IAS application occurs despite successful booster execution
