3773747 - Different Email Templates Cannot Be Determined for New and Changed Purchase Orders in Output Parameter Determination (OPD)

The same email template is used for both newly created and changed Purchase Orders, even after modifying the Purchase Order.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Create a new PO.
2. Approve the PO, initiating the system to generate an email with the template set up in OPD.
3. Change the quantity and address on the PO.
4. Observe that the system still uses the same email template to send an email, indicating that it is a changed PO.

The change PO indicator is not available on the Output Parameter Determination (OPD) setup, so the system cannot differentiate new versus changed POs for email template determination.

This is standard system behavior. A different email template for changed Purchase Orders cannot be configured using standard OPD. Use a common email template for both scenarios.
