3773805 - Deleted Purchase Order items are visible in My Inbox – All Items app

• Deleted Purchase Order items are visible in the  My Inbox – All Items app. 
• It is not possible to hide Purchase Order items in the My Inbox – All Items app  

S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

1. Send a Purchase Order for approval.
2. Delete one or more items.
3. The approval task in My Inbox – deleted items are still shown.

1. Navigate to the Manage Purchase Orders Fiori app.
2. Withdraw the Purchase Order from approval after the line items are deleted.
3. This removes the work item from the approver's My Inbox APP.
