3773985 - Business Partner Onboarding via self-onboarding in SAP TH Staging using Web App connection type

This KBA consists of the details - scenario, connectivity type and the app to send the self-onboarding invitation to the Business Partner to be maintained to onboard a Business Partner on SAP TH Staging via self-onboarding.

SAP Traceability Hub (Staging).

• Use the app "Manage Onboarding" to send the self-onboarding invitation. User should have authorization to see "New" button and send the invitation.
• Select the following Scenario:
  • Supply Chain Partner Collaboration: For non-US business partners or consult with SAP TH support
  • US DSCSA Transaction Information: For US business partners or consult with SAP TH support
• Select the following "Invitee Details":
  • Code: <GLN of your Business Partner>
  • Company: <Organization name of your Business Partner>
  • Onboarding Type: <Web App> (Note: Choose Web App when your Business Partner has less data exchange with your organization) 
  • Name: <First Name and Last Name of the contact person at your Business Partner>                          
  • Email: <Email address of the contact person at your Business Partner>                            
  • Role: <Select the role of your Business Partner like CMO, 3PL, Wholesaler>
  • Message Type: <Select EPCIS, SNR, SSCC (if required)>
  • Additional Message: <As required, example: This is the self-onboarding invitation to connect to your organization via our service provider SAP Traceability Hub. Kindly accept the invitation and follow further steps.) 
• Click "Send Invitation". 

Please Note: Sending self-onboarding invitations via Web App connection type result in immediate connection. The invite would receive the email and would become administrator user on SAP TH platform for the invitee organization.
