3774009 - The Content <date> of Element <DATMF> Does Not Match the Required Simple Type in SAP Traceability Hub

Symptom

EPCIS messages are showing this Error information: The content "20260527,20260601" of element <DATMF> does not match the required simple type. Value "20260527,20260601" contravenes the pattern facet "(19|20|21)[0-9]{2}(0[1-9]|1[0-..." of the type of element DATMF.

Environment

SAP Traceability Hub

Cause

The structure of the payload does not maintain the specific tags which are mandatory.

Resolution

  1. The message payload must include a list of EPCs.
  2. The message must include values for mandatory tags.
  3. It is mandatory and must include values for the following attributes:
       <DATMF>2028-05-27</DATMF 
       <LOTNO> ZEAA739961</LOTNO>
       <DATEX> 2028-05-27</DATEX>

Align with the partner and correct the payload. Then reprocess the messages if required.
