3774022 - Payment terms not correctly migrated in Customer object when using Migrate Your Data app

Symptom

  • You are using the Customer object in the Migrate Your Data app to migrate data. 
  • After migration, the Payment terms are not migrated according to the values specified in the XML files.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Access the Migrate Your Data app.
  2. Upload the XML file.
  3. Prepare the staging table.
  4. Complete all mapping tasks.
  5. Perform simulation.
  6. Perform migration.

Cause

The mapping in the "Mapping of Terms of Payment Key for Customer" task is configured differently from the Source Value. 

Resolution

Review the mapping task "Mapping of Terms of Payment Key for Customer" and determine the S/4HANA Target Value.

System will migrate the S/4HANA Target Value regardless of the input in the Source Value.
