3774043 - DAP activation changes attribute lengths in generated external views and causes type mismatches (bw/4hana)

Symptom

A discrepancy is observed in the attribute length definition for table in HANA: 

In transaction SE11, the fields show expected data types and lengths (for example, CHAR-based lengths). 

In SAPNLSIQDB (accessed via RSDA_SYB_SE16), the same fields appear with different lengths (for example, VARCHAR with approximately 3x larger length).
