- The Start Date field appears as read-only in the New Hire form when the candidate already has an offer.
- The Start Date entered in the Offer form is carried over to the New Hire form and cannot be edited there.
- For candidates without an offer, the Start Date may remain editable in the New Hire form. However, if an offer is created afterward, the Start Date from the offer will replace the date previously entered in the New Hire form.
