3774051 - Changing the color of overdue tasks on the Successfactors home page

Symptom

Is it possible to adjust the color of the red overdue tasks?

Environment

SAP SucccessFactors HCM suite

Reproducing the Issue

Access the instance.
Navigate to the home page and note the Needs attention tasks.
Observe items such as “E.g: days overdue” displayed in a red label.

Cause

The overdue label color is controlled by semantic status at the application/component level and is not themeable via Theme Manager or the home page theme; this is working as designed.

Resolution

The red overdue status label is not configurable and cannot be changed through theming or customization. This behavior is by design and is used to identify items that are overdue and require user attention visually. If a change is required, customers are encouraged to submit or vote for an enhancement request:
