3774055 - Candidate automatically moves from "New" to "In Review" when rating is submitted in Review tab - SmartRecruiters

Symptom

  • When a candidate is in the New step and a rating is assigned in the Review tab of the application, the candidate is immediately moved to the In Review step, even though no workflow rule is configured to perform this action.
  • The automatic move from New to In Review is not tracked in the Activity tab of the application.
  • This behavior occurs across all Hiring Processes and for both Internal and External candidates.
