3774083 - Not All Users Being Synced to Signavio Through SCI Job are Created

Symptom

  • When running the SCI Sync job, only some users were created in Signavio, the remaining keep failing to create.
  • Users are not being created in Signavio after READ sync job from IAS but it has worked before.

Environment

  • SAP Signavio Process Manager
  • Access Management for SAP Signavio

Reproducing the Issue

Cause

Insufficient available licenses for the required license types in the workspace prevented new users from being created during the sync.

Resolution

  1. Check the license availability in the signavio administration for each relevant license type assigned to synchronized user groups.
  2. If licenses are exhausted, free up licenses by unassigning them from unused accounts or order additional licenses through your commercial contact (for example, your CSM).
  3. After ensuring sufficient licenses are available, rerun the SCI user synchronization (READ sync job) to create the pending users.
  4. Verify that the newly synchronized users are created and assigned as expected.
