3774098 - Growth Portfolio API import/export setting is missing from Provisioning

• Unable to locate the Growth Portfolio Import/Export via API enablement setting in Provisioning.
• Despite having the necessary Role-Based Permissions assigned, access/export via the Growth Portfolio REST API fails.
• No setting with a matching or similar name for Growth Portfolio Import and Export via API can be found in Provisioning.

• SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub
• SAP SuccessFactors Growth Portfolio

1. Log in to the SuccessFactors tenant.
2. Launch Postman and execute a request against the Growth Portfolio REST API endpoint.
3. Use the generated OAuth access token in the Authorization header.
4. Submit the API request to retrieve/export Growth Portfolio data.
5. Observe that the API request fails and returns an error.
6. Review Provisioning to locate any enablement related to Growth Portfolio Import and Export via API.
7. Observe that no related Provisioning setting can be identified.

This is expected behavior since API integration for Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH) Growth Portfolio via REST is currently limited to SAP designated Skills Partners; it isn’t supported for all customers.

Workaround
