3774107 - Cannot delete payment approver groups in "SSCUI 102336 - Define Settings for Bank Account Master Data" - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• In the "SSCUI 102336 - Define Settings for Bank Account Master Data", attempting to delete Payment Approver Groups returns the error: "Payment approval group xxxx has been used in Bank accounts".
• The error occurs even though the approver groups are not currently assigned to any bank accounts.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the app "Define settings for Bank Account Master Data".
2. Navigate to Payment Approver Groups.
3. Select a Payment Approver Group and choose Delete.
4. Observe the error message: "Payment approval group xxxx has been used in Bank accounts".

By design, a Payment Approver Group that has ever been used (historically assigned to any bank account) cannot be deleted in this SSCUI 102336 to preserve approver logs and ensure data integrity.

Deletion is not supported for Payment Approver Groups that have ever been used, this is working as designed to preserve audit and approval logs.
