3774108 - Rehire Candidate Missing in Onboarding After Rehire Check

The rehire verification task is triggered in the process, but the candidate not visible on the dashboard.

1. Attempt to rehire a former intern employee who meets all criteria for rehire verification.
2. Observe that the candidate not visible on Onboarding dashboard

The Rehire Coordinator group is not configured in the system. Since the required group does not exist, the application is unable to identify or assign a Rehire Coordinator for the rehire process.

• The Rehire Coordinator group is used to assign and route rehire verification tasks to the right users during the onboarding rehire process. It helps ensure potential rehires are reviewed, verified, and then processed as either a new hire or a rehire.
• Configure the Rehire Coordinator responsible group in Admin Center > Onboarding General Settings.
