3774120 - Design Studio application: saved custom view does not reflect newly added cds items (embedded analytics for s/4)

Symptom

  • When adding or changing items (dimensions or measures) in a CDS view, the newly added item does not reflect as expected in a previously saved custom view layout.
  • A measure annotated with @AnalyticsDetails.query.hidden: true appears visible when a saved view is loaded.
  • The behavior does not occur in the standard view (no saved layout).
