Resolution
- Beginning with the SAC 2026 QRC3 update, the legacy method for establishing tenant links between SAC and Datasphere through the Tenant Links tab in the SAP Analytics Cloud system administration UI will be deprecated.
- To enable the Seamless Planning feature, it is recommended to establish the Formation between SAC and Datasphere using either the SAP BTP Cockpit or SAP for Me. For detailed procedures, please refer to help document Configure Data Storage for Planning | SAP Help Portal.
- For the existing tenant link created in SAC Administration UI, migrating is recommended. It is not mandatory as of now.
- Migration Method: when you create a formation in SAP BTP cockpit using the same SAC and SAP Datasphere tenants that are already linked, the existing configuration is automatically migrated. All related artifacts remain intact. There is no need to redo the configuration manually.
