Symptom
- Administrator cannot view all existing calibration sessions across the organization.
- Only sessions created by the user or where the user is the owner or facilitator are visible.
Environment
- Performance and Goal Management
- Calibration
Reproducing the Issue
- Log in with an admin user.
- Attempt to locate a calibration session created by a facilitator where the admin is not assigned any session role (for example, a session owned by an inactive facilitator).
- Observe the session does not appear for the admin.
Cause
As per the standard system design, there is no administrator permission that allows a user to view all calibration sessions regardless of ownership or facilitation. The Sessions page shows only sessions in which the user is assigned a role and has the corresponding read permission.
Resolution
- It is system design that the sessions are visible only to users assigned a session role (such as facilitator, co-facilitator, owner, participant, or executive reviewer) with the relevant read permission; there is no “view all sessions” admin permission.
- If the Facilitator is inactive and if the session needs to be delete then use "Purge and Replace a Calibration Session's Only Facilitator who has Been Inactive" as per the KBA : https://me.sap.com/notes/2992200/E
