3774157 - HiringNotCompleted Flag Cannot Be Updated Through the UI

Symptom

In SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, the HiringNotCompleted flag is not updated as expected. Customers may want to know whether this flag can be modified directly through the application user interface and how to resolve scenarios where the flag remains unchanged.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
  2. Access the onboarding process for the affected candidate or employee.
  3. Review the status of the HiringNotCompleted flag.
  4. Attempt to locate an option to update or modify the HiringNotCompleted flag through the user interface.
  5. Observe that there is no available UI option to update the flag.

Cause

  • The HiringNotCompleted flag is a system-controlled field and cannot be updated manually through the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding user interface.
  • Therefore, there is no available UI functionality to modify this flag.

Resolution

  • It is not possible to update the HiringNotCompleted flag through the user interface.
  • If the flag requires review or correction, please raise a case with SAP Support under component LOD-SF-OBX-EC so that the issue can be investigated and addressed.
