3774207 - F5211 mass change of sales orders shows fewer documents than expected due to unsupported SD document categories

Symptom

  • In the Fiori app “Mass Change of Sales Orders” (F5211), some sales documents are not visible.
  • The number of sales orders/items displayed in the app is lower than the number available in the backend system (for example, compared to tables VBAK/VBAP in the SAP GUI).
  • No error messages are displayed.
