3774267 - Error - The Content of Element <GTIN> Does Not match the Required Simple Type in SAP Traceability Hub.

Symptom

EPCIS messages are displayed with Error or Failed status with Error Description: “ Value "" contravenes the pattern facet "[0-9]+" of the type of element GTIN.

Cause

GTIN value missing in <epc> tag in EPCIS message payload

Resolution

  1. Review the EPCIS message payload, Correct GTIN value and update the payload with proper values.
  2. Reprocess the failed messages after making the corrections.
