3774302 - The delivery type NL and NLCC aren't assigned to the default Profile "0003" - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

The delivery type NL and NLCC aren't assigned to the default Profile "0003" in Configuration Activity 105481 - Subsequent Delivery Split. If trying to add the delivery type NL and NLCC to the Profile "0003", the following error message will occur.

  • Error message: "SV019 - Select a key from the allowed namespace"

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Configuration Activity 105481 - Subsequent Delivery Split.
  2. Find the delivery types NL and NLCC are not assigned to the default profile "0003".
  3. Add the delivery type NL and NLCC to the Profile "0003".
  4. An error message "SV019 - Select a key from the allowed namespace" will occur.

Cause

The user has not activated any of the Scope items of the Cloud EWM. Because the content of "Adding delivery types NL and NLCC to profile 0003" is merely located within the Scope items corresponding to Cloud EWM. 

Resolution

Activate any one of the Scope Items of Cloud EWM:

  • Scope Item 3BR - Warehouse Inbound Processing 
  • Scope Item 3BS - Warehouse Outbound Processing 
  • Scope Item 3BT - Warehouse Ad Hoc Goods Issue  
  • Scope Item 3BU - Warehouse Posting Changes 
  • Scope Item 3BW - Warehouse Internal Repacking 
  • Scope Item 3BX - Warehouse Physical Inventory  
  • Scope Item 3DV - Warehouse Production Integration 
  • Scope Item 3M0 - Quality Management in Warehousing 
  • Scope Item 3VT - Warehouse Kanban Supply into Production 
  • Scope Item 3W0 - Resource Management in Warehousing 
  • Scope Item 41U - Warehouse Goods Receipt from Repetitive Manufacturing 
  • Scope Item 4A2 - Replenishment in Warehousing
  • Scope Item 5HN - Warehouse Inbound Processing with Synchronous Goods Receipt 
  • Scope Item 5HO - Warehouse Production Integration with Synchronous Goods Receipt 
  • Scope Item 5OK - Warehouse Internal Inspections
  • Scope Item 6NH - Wave Management in Warehousing
  • Scope Item 6NI - Warehouse Advanced Production Integration 

After completing the activation, the delivery types NL and NLCC will be automatically added to the profile 0003. 

However, activating the corresponding Scope items for Cloud EWM might force you to perform some additional configuration operations (for example, extend the organizational structure with an additional storage location and a warehouse for ERP and EWM.). So if the user doesn't want to use the Cloud EWM in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, raise a feature request in Continuous Influence (See detailed information in KBA 2963059 - How to Submit Feature Requests for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition).
