3774352 - State field remains grayed out during lead prospect creation after selecting country/region

• When creating a new lead prospect, it is not possible to select a state in the address section; the “State” field remains grayed out even after entering other address details and selecting the country/region.
• Expected: After selecting the country/region, it should be possible to choose the appropriate state in the “State” field.
• Current: The “State” field is grayed out and does not provide any selection options.
