3774388 - Unable to Manage and Create Task from the Calendar View.

Symptom

It is not possible to filter with the Task type and creation of a New Task from the Calendar view.

Environment

  • SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2.
  • SAP Sales Cloud Version 2.
  • SAP Service Cloud Version 2. 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Calendar view .
  2. Click on the filter you only have option to manage a filter for type as Appointment/Visit, not for the Task.
  3. Also if you click on + button, you can only created Appointment/Visit but not Task .

Cause

We currently only support creating and filter for Appointment & Visit , not the Task within Calendar view .

Resolution

This is the current system behavior .
