You want to know how to configure, use generative AI functionality : Email Drafter

Sales and Service Cloud Version 2

Use email drafter from Generative AI to draft email replies for opportunities, leads, sales orders, sales quotes, and generate meeting minutes for appointments (currently tested for English, German, Spanish, and French).

How to configure it :-

1. Navigate to your User Menu and select System Settings  All Settings  AI Configuration  Generative AI  Email Drafter.

2. To activate email draft recommendation for business users, enable the Activate Email Drafter switch, and accept the Acknowledgment.

3. Use Test Console to test email draft recommendation.

4. Go to Configure and enable the required entities (such as Appointments, Leads, Opportunities, Sales Orders, and Sales Quotes).

   1. To enable draft recommendation for leads, turn on the Leads switch, and further turn on the Product proposal email from Available Prompts.

   2. To enable draft recommendation for appointments, turn on the Appointments switch, and further to generate minutes of the meetings for appointments, select Compose meeting minutes from Available Prompts.

   3. To enable draft recommendation for opportunity, turn on the Opportunity switch, and further to include product proposals in the email draft recommendation, enable Product proposal email from Available Prompts.

   4. To enable draft recommendation for sales order, turn on the Sales Order switch, and further to include billing status, enable Billing status email from Available Prompts.

   5. To enable draft recommendation for sales quote, turn on the Sales Quote switch, and further enable Product proposal email from Available Prompts.

   6. To create a custom prompt, select  (Create Custom Prompts) icon, enter a prompt name, assign a business role from the list, and enter instructions.

5. Save your changes

After configuration, now you are good to use the functionaly in the configured entities
