3774417 - document originals do not download in plm web dynpro “display document” application

Symptom

Document originals fail to download from the PLM Web Dynpro "Display Document" application; the download process does not initiate, and no error message is displayed.

The same document originals can be successfully downloaded using the CV03N transaction in the SAP GUI. The issue persists when accessing the "Display Document" application through an enterprise workspace, such as a workzone.
