3774427 - Error "Missing Authorization: 01" During Simulation of MM - Purchasing Quota Arrangement Migration Due to Missing Item Data

During the simulation of the MM - Purchasing Quota Arrangement migration object in the Migrate Your Data app, the simulation fails with the error: Missing authorization: 01. The error is displayed in the simulation log under Monitoring, even though the required business roles and catalogs are assigned.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the "Migrate Your Data – Migration Cockpit" app.
2. Select the relevant migration project.
3. Select the migration object "MM – Purchasing quota arrangement".
4. Upload the migration file and complete the Prepare and Mapping tasks.
5. Start "Simulate Migration".
6. Open "Monitoring", search for the run of "MM – Purchasing quota arrangement", and choose "Show messages".
7. Observe the message "Missing authorization: 01" and that the simulation completed with errors.

The uploaded migration template contains only the Header Quota Arrangement data. The mandatory Item Quota Arrangement data is missing, causing the simulation to fail with a generic authorization error. 

Maintain both the Header and Item Quota Arrangement data in the migration template. Upload the completed file and run the simulation again.
