Symptom

  • Email transmissions that fail (for example, SMTP/connectivity error, temporary relay outage, outbound domain not allowed) appear in the Monitor Email Transmissions app with Error status.
  • The Monitor Email Transmissions app does not offer any action to retry or resend failed transmissions.
