3774443 - User cannot view payment requisitions created by others

In "Manage Payment Requisitions" app, a user cannot view payment requisitions created by other users.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the "Manage Payment Requisitions" app.
2. Observe that only requests created by the signed-in user are visible; historical requests created by other users are not shown.

The following two business catalogs can control access permissions for the "Manage Payment Requisitions" app:

• SAP_FIN_BC_AP_MIX_PAYT_CN_PC (Accounts Payable - Payment Requisition for China)
• SAP_FIN_BC_CM_MIX_PAYT_CN_PC (Cash Management - Payment Requisition for China)

The first business catalog (SAP_FIN_BC_AP_MIX_PAYT_CN_PC) only allows the user to view the requisitions created by themselves.
The second business catalog (SAP_FIN_BC_CM_MIX_PAYT_CN_PC) enables viewing all requisitions.

If all payment requisitions are expected to be viewed, ensure that the business role assigned to the user includes the business catalog SAP_FIN_BC_CM_MIX_PAYT_CN_PC (Cash Management - Payment Requisition for China).
