3774479 - Different ATC findings between SAP Gui and ADT when using a central ATC check system on BTP

Symptom

Different ATC findings are shown in SAP GUI and in Eclipse ADT for the same objects when a central ATC check system on SAP BTP is used.

In ADT, only priority 3 ATC findings are displayed; priority 1 and 2 findings are missing. No specific error messages or error codes are displayed.
