3774481 - In Define Statutory Reports app Create/Extend/Copy/Upload/Download buttons are missing in Test/Production tenant

• The create/extend/copy/upload/download buttons for custom statutory reports are only available in the customizing (DEV) tenant.
• The buttons are not visible in the TEST and PRD tenants within the Define Statutory Reports app.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the Define Statutory Reports application in the TEST tenant.
2. Observe that the Create/Extend/Copy/Upload/Download buttons are not available.

The Define Statutory Reports app allows creating, uploading, or copying statutory reports only in the customizing tenant; these buttons are intentionally hidden in higher systems (TEST/PRD).

• Perform Creation, Upload, or Copy of the required Define Statutory Reports application in the customizing tenant.
• Transport the changes from the customizing tenant to higher systems (TEST and PRD) using the standard transport process.

Note: After creating or copying a report in the Define Statutory Reports app, the report must be downloaded and then uploaded as part of the standard process. During the upload, the Define Statutory Reports app does not generate a transport request. Therefore, the customer objects created in the Define Statutory Reports app must be manually added to the Export Software Collection application to transport them to the target system.
