3774483 - HRBP cannot create Delegation on behalf of a Manager after 1H 2026 release in New ILX Manager View – SAP SuccessFactors Learning

• After a Recent Release-1H2026 , the “Options & Settings” entry to create a delegation on behalf of another manager is no longer available in the manager view.
• Previously, a user in the HRBP role could create a delegation for a manager (for example, delegate Manager A’s approval tasks to Manager B) while the manager was away.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log in as HRBP A and Goto Learning page 
2. In the New Home Page towards the right corner > Click on the drop down option
3. Select Team view > Click on the three-dot menu on a user’s profile, 
4. Observe that the “Options & Settings” option used to create a delegation for that manager is not available.

• The ability to create delegations on behalf of another manager is not supported in the New ILX Manager View.

• Although this functionality was previously available for HRBPs, it has since been removed. As confirmed by our Engineering team, this is the expected product behavior following the recent 1H 2026 release.

1. As part of the New ILX Manager View experience, 0nly the following individual actions are supported: 

• • Send Reminder
  • View History
  • Change Due Date
• • View External Learning Requests
  • View Report
  • View Curriculum Status

    2. This is the current product behavior.
