Symptom
When calling the SAP BTP OAuth token endpoint (https://<your-btp-authentication-endpoint>/oauth/token)
with high request volumes (6,000+ requests within a few minutes), the authentication service occasionally returns a 429 Too Many Requests HTTP error response:
<html><head><title>429 Too Many Requests</title></head><body><center><h1>429 Too Many Requests</h1></center><hr><center>nginx</center></body></html>
This causes the consuming API process to fail intermittently during peak load periods.
