3774502 - Why can’t the Australia Payment Time report be downloaded?

Symptom

There is a warning message "PTR cannot be downloaded" when downloading the Australia Payment Time report.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the app Run Statutory Reports.
  2. Select the PTR report.
  3. Click "Download" and the warning message is displayed as "PTR cannot be downloaded".

Cause

This is because the report is presented in a table view format, and there is no legal requirement mandating a download function for it. Therefore, a direct download option is not currently available.

Resolution

For the workaround, the report can be accessed via the Analytic View and then downloaded as an Excel file.

Please note that the Analytic View requires Scope Item 5XU to be activated.
