Symptom

  • When attempting to open or create a webi report, the following error is returned :
    "The document cannot be retrieved from the File Repository Server. (WIS 30951)"
  • CMS traces show the following trace:
    2026 06 22 17:00:15:737|CNSClientManager::VerifyConnection: The connected aps/cluster @***** doesn't match the requested connection to @******
