3774622 - How do I avoid using outdated data when updating my User Profile?

I am changing my Personal Profile in SAP Ariba Procurement or Guided Buying to update my information, and I see this prompt:

A saved user profile change request exists. Select whether to continue working on it, or instead replace it with a new user profile change request.

You have saved a modified user profile. You can continue changing that profile, or you can create a new user profile change request.

What would you like to do? 

How do I make sure my Personal Profile change request reflects the latest data my administrator has set on my account (groups, supervisor, accounting defaults, email, and so on), instead of older data from a request I started earlier?
