Symptom

There is a requirement to determine the total number of attachments stored in a SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) tenant.

Resolution

It is not possible to determine the exact number of attachments stored in a C4C tenant, as no transaction or standard functionality is available to provide this information.

Only the total storage consumption used by attachments can be monitored at the tenant level. The system does not provide a count of individual attachment files.
