Symptom

  • A Data Extract job completes successfully.
  • The output file is available in the configured SFTP outbound folder.
  • Expect to download the generated file from the Express Data Loader (XDL) Jobs page.
  • The file is not available for download from the XDL UI, or want use the XDL UI instead of SFTP to retrieve outbound files.
