3774697 - Orders are generated for Zero-Dollar Enrollments

Orders are being generated when a supervisor enrolls a subordinate into a zero-priced class, even when the purchasing option is set to "NO CHARGE."

As confirmed by our Engineering team, this issue — "Order gets created when a supervisor enrolls a user into a zero-priced class" — will be addressed in an upcoming patch (LRN-205583). We will update this KBA once the patch release schedule is finalized.
