Error: "No authorization to start the UI for transaction S_ER9_11001308" appears when trying to access the Assign Taxonomy Codes to G/L Accounts configuration activity ID: 103218.

In addition, the business catalog SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_FIN_SR_PT_PC is not available.
