3774709 - Teams Meeting Updates Sent When Follow-up Lead or Opportunity is Created From a Visit

Updates are being sent to teams meetings when a follow-up opportunity or lead is created via the C4C teams integration.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Create a visit with teams collaboration enabled.
2. Create a follow-up activity (for example, a lead or an opportunity) from the visit.
3. Observe that a teams meeting update notification is sent to meeting participants.

1. Set the visit status to Completed to stop further updates from being sent to Teams.
2. If Check-In/Check-Out is enabled in scoping, complete the visit by performing Check-Out. If Check-In/Check-Out is disabled, use the “Set as complete” action from the visit’s Actions menu.
