3774741 - Onboarding Cancellation Not Triggering “Reported No-Show” Event in Job Information - Onboarding

• No 'No-Show' event is triggered in Job Information when Onboarding is cancelled for a candidate via API
• Complete MPH for a candidate, then trigger cancellation process via API, no cancellation event is triggered in the People Profile.
• Cancel Onboarding button isn't available post Manage Pending Hires.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Complete Onboarding Process for a candidate.
   Note: Cancel Onboarding is available prior Mange Pending Hires
   
   
   
   
2. Complete Manage Pending Hire for a candidate.
3. Cancel the Onboarding process via API before start date.
4. There is no 'No-show' event is triggered in Job Information on People Profile

Expected Behavior:

• Cancel onboarding is no longer available in the onboarding dashboard when Manage Pending Hire is already completed.

• Once the onboarding process is completed for a candidate, the Cancel Onboarding button disappears in the Onboarding Dashboard.
• You can't cancel the Onboarding process for a new hire when the pending hire is awaiting workflow approval during the Manage Pending Hire process.
